..tracing the path to inner stillness..

..Still as a result of release, contented as a result of stillness, and as a result of contentment, internally stable and at ease... This stillness is said to be the result of Awakening...

We seek to offer the clearest and most comprehensive education and overview of meditative practices as we possibly can, while offering a level of support in their development that is only possible by having developed these practices ourselves, but also because these practices are developed by generations of minds and so their assimilation is always a communal effort. ..Everything has Rhythm…

It’s in our bodies, our societies, our minds and our thoughts.

The internet and the natural world.

It’s there whispering faintly in every subatomic particle

and physical interaction throughout the infinite void of space and time..

..It is in the flow of our breath.. And the beating of our hearts…

When we are Still..

Still enough to witness these rhythmic patterns; the cycles apparent in our lives, without adding

to them with rumination and over analysis, insight can arise and clarity can dawn.

..Deep and penetrating…

An intimate understanding of these rhythms and processes and the nature of their arising

is the path to true intimacy and understanding of ourselves and our lives.

A truly awesome power stems from the practice of careful and calm attention to the

rhythms of one’s life and processes of one’s mind; Known as the art of meditation, it guides all we do here at-

Still Rhythm…

Do not say that Ananda.. Community isn’t a whole half of the practice... it is the entirety of the practice...

..What we receive adds to what we can offer..

..Your Generosity is greatly appreciated..

The Practice of Generosity, or offering Dana in ancient Pali, is what has kept these ancient teachings alive for so long. The generous sharing and giving of thousands upon thousands of souls through the millennia, right down to us..

Generosity is an inclination of the mind and heart that, when developed and practiced leads to deep levels of mental purification and release in a practitioners inner alchemy (building the foundation for incredible experiences of mental unification and clarity. A kind mind is a free mind). The mundane use of the term on this site refers to a compassionate and moral foundation in regards to how services are rendered and paid for:

-Our Dana is to acknowledge that money shouldn't dictate what you’re allowed to learn-

- Your Dana is in giving what you can-

Between our mutual sacrifices, we build the world we want. Not the one forced upon us.. Dana is about; gratitude.. reflection.. mutual-concern.. consideration.. selflessness.. and at its essence; Human Nobility..
